يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال جهازك الجديد في خلال 14 يوم في حال الشراء من الموقع الالكتروني من تاريخ الشراء  في حالة عدم استخدامه وأن يكون في حالته الأصلية مع تقديم فاتورة الشراء الأصلية/الإلكترونية ومراعاة الشروط والأحكام التالية:

المنتج مغلف بتغليف المصنع الأصلي ولم يتم فتحهيتم قبول إرجاع أو استبدال كافة الأجهزة. (ماعدا المنتجات المستثناة)
المنتج لا يعمل نتيجة خلل في الصنع
  • يتم قبول إرجاع أو استبدال كافة الأجهزة .
  • يشترط إرجاع الصندوق/الكرتون الأصلي، وكتيب التعليمات وجميع الإكسسوارات المرفقة، بالإضافة إلى أي بطاقة هدايا أو هدايا أخرى أو عروض مرفقة.
تم فتح الصندوق/الكرتون وإزالة التغليف الأصلي للمنتج، ولم يتم استعماله
  • يتم قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال .
  • يشترط إرجاع الصندوق/الكرتون الأصلي (بدون أي إتلاف)، وكتيب التعليمات وجميع الإكسسوارات المرفقة، بالإضافة إلى أي بطاقة هدايا أو هدايا أخرى أو عروض مرفقة.

الفترة الزمنية وطرق استرداد المدفوعات:

  • يتم إرجاع المبالغ بنفس الطريقه التي تم الدفع بها.
  • تستغرق عملية إرجاع المبالغ عن طريق بطاقات الائتمان من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب بنك العميل.

المنتجات المستثناة:

نأسف لعدم إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات نهائياً في الحالات التالية فقط:

  • المنتج تم استعماله
  • المنتج تم تركيبه
  • المنتجات ذات الأعطال أو العيوب الناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام (مثل: الكسر، والخدش، والاستخدام الخاطئ، وغيرها)، 
  • منتجات (كما هي)

شروط عامة

  • في حالة شراء عروض مجمعة، يجب على العميل إرجاع كافة المنتجات المشمولة في العرض، ولا يمكن إرجاعها جزئياً، بشرط أن تكون جميع المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية.
  • يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل عند طلب إرجاع المنتجات التي تم تسليمها ، إلا إذا كان المنتج به عيب مصنعي .
  • في حالة استخدام الهدايا المرفقة، نأسف لعدم إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج.
  • يعتبر شراء العميل لمنتجات (كما هي) وحصوله على الفاتورة موافقة ضمنية على حالة الجهاز، ولا يحق له المطالبة بأي ملحقات أو اكسسوارات مفقودة بعد ذلك.
